•Several similar smaller masses are noted adjacent to mentioned mass in the left para aorta and around left renal artery

•Findings are suggestive of pheochronmocytoma and paraganglioma (adrenal and extra adrenal involvement)
•Only early arterial phase images of liver are available, no evidence of hepatic masses is noted on available image.
•Old fracture of left sacral alae and several old vertebral compression fx are noted.
•Liver has normal size and signal without mass lesion
•No enlarged lymph node is noted.

•C : Mediastinal lymph node and portion of thymus:
1393/04/07 :
•Papillary carcinoma , classic type, well differentiated
•Mitotic activity is mild
•The tumor involves the right lobe and isthmus
•Psammoma bodies in left lobe seen
•Greatest diameter is 2 cm
•There is focal capsular invasion by tumor
•Focal vascular invasion is present
•Focal extra thyroid soft tissue extension seen
